The Computer Manager, Inc.
offers Extended Service Options (ESO's) for DEBT$NET®
collection software. These options provide enhanced functionality to
large collection agencies, or agencies which have specific
client-driven requirements. Your agency may require one or more of
these options. By providing them as add-on packages, you only pay for
the features you require. The following are examples of extended
service options now available:
Accurint®
Interface
Accurint is a collection
industry skip tracing service which maintains a comprehensive consumer
database containing over 20 billion records compiled from more than 400
sources. At a minimum, these sources confirm existing records and offer
multiple telephone, name and address records.

Client Upload/Client Input
The Client Upload/Input
Module allows for electronic loading of debtors and accounts into
DEBT$NET® with various file formats. The Client Input portion
of the module gives your clients an interface which allows them to
easily provide you with a file on diskette or via modem which contains
their debtor/account information. Client Upload is then used to read
the files and create debtor and account records in DEBT$NET®.

Client View
This program allows
clients to access your DEBT$NET® databases from their location.
Clients are allowed to review only accounts which they have turned over
for collection. Access is password protected using remote access
software and allows clients to review debtor accounts, payment history,
notice history, promises made, and collector notes.

Consumer Credit Reports
The Consumer Credit
Reports option allows your agency to request, pull and print credit
reports on debtors as well as view them from the debtor screens in
DEBT$NET®. This is done on-line with a modem by calling into a
credit bureau such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. The credit
report can then be downloaded, saved, reviewed, printed, and/or
transferred into the DEBT$NET® debtor screens. This module also
provides an activity log to track and monitor administrative costs.

allows you to
instantly verify credit card information and take payments using a VISA

CT Center Interface
Real-time integration
between the IAT CT Center
Predictive Dialer (PD)
and DEBT$NET® allows account information to be instantaneously
updated. This eliminates the risk of duplicate calls and makes it
possible to create and run multiple dialing campaigns any time of day,
without system interruption. System pacing is by individual agent or
campaign. Predictive, preview and power dialing modes can also be used
simultaneously. Skills-based routing sends calls to the right agent at
the right time based on a variety of user-determined parameters.
Inbound/outbound Interactive Communications (IC)is available on the
same platform with a batch interface to DEBT$NET®. IC has all
the features of the ESO, SmartCollect Pro (legacy product), and more.
IC does the work of multiple agents, increases qualified callbacks,
asks for debtors by name, and when used together, enables the dialer to
deliver collection messages in place of hold messages.

to the bank routing number and account number combination. If
a match is found, the debtor is displayed and the scanned data is
carried to the Account Maintenance Screen. If no match is
found, the debtor is added as usual and the scanned data is carried to

Phone Check
The PhoneCheck Module
allows users to create and print checks for debtors making payments
over the phone, including postdated payments. By entering debtor
banking information, account number, routing number and check number,

debtor payments without the hassle of mail lag times and delays.

Predictive Dialing
Interface
The Predictive Dialer
Interface allows DEBT$NET® users to use a predictive dialing
system. The agency can then separate the tasks of dialing debtor phone
numbers from the handling of debtor contacts by collectors. It lets a
predictive dialer dial the numbers, then quickly and easily transfers
live debtor contacts to a collector workstation. The interface lets you
build a calling list allowing collectors to select accounts from the
DEBT$NET® Call List or their active account list.

TransUnion® CPE Module
The TransUnion
Collector’s Prioritization Engine (CPE) is a service offered
by TransUnion in which data from collection activity files is
analyzed. TransUnion uses the data to calculate a score to
indicate how “collectable” the debtor’s
account(s) are. In addition, TransUnion will provide service
members with additional information (updated address, tradeline data,
and feedback from debtor) from their data files. DEBT$NET® can
capture this data from TransUnion and attach it to the appropriate
debtor record. The debtor score can be used select accounts
and reassign them, or used with DEBT$NET®’s own work
scoring process and used to prioritize collector’s work
activities. Additional data is captured in extended references for the
debtor.
